Many people like to start a new year off with a resolution about how they plan on improving their lives. Usually, it has something to do with health such as working out more, eating healthier, and losing weight. The positive thing about each passing year is that more things that were once often swept under the rug, slowly start being brought into the light of discussion which allows more education and progress.
