How Do I Begin the Process?

The first step is picking up the phone. We know that sometimes the phone can seem like it weighs 1,000 pounds in the beginning. It helps to have a loved one or a trusted source with you when you make the initial call.

Our admissions team at His House is caring and compassionate. We will ask you some simple questions regarding your drinking and/or drug use. If you have an email address, we will email you a thorough packet that contains all the information you need. We can also send the packet through the U.S. Postal Service, or you can come directly to our admissions office to pick it up. His House is proud to cater our treatment plans to each individual, and the process begins with these initial assessments.

Our Treatment Options

We are a full-service rehab offering many different treatment options. Whether the right choice is Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), inpatient treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or any other treatment options we offer, our goal is to collaborate with you. You are an intricate part of your own success in rehab, and we strive to tailor a treatment plan specific to your individual situation. Treatment is not cookie-cutter; your plan will include components that provide the best possible results for your recovery.

Preparing for Your Program

We want to get you started on your program as soon as possible. This is why we make every effort to get all preliminary information taken care of prior to your arrival. The admissions team will go over all the basics with you, explaining everything you need to bring and what to expect through each step of the process.

Our financial coordinators will discuss costs, all forms of payment accepted, and payment options with you. We accept:

• Private Insurance (PPO and HMO): Including Kaiser, Blue Shield of CA, Cigna, HealthNet, and many Covered CA plans. Private insurance can often mean no out-of-pocket costs.
• Private Pay: Flexible payment plans available.
• Medi-Cal: Assistance for those who qualify.
